A week later,Taneesha got to know that her father is planning to marry her to an Indian surgeon from San Bernardino.The wedding ceremony will be held at her ancestral home in Cochin,India.She cried when she realised that she is going to marry someone who she does not know.Her father is not a strict,typical Indian father but she does not want to bring shame to her family.She told her mother that she will voice out her opinion on the marriage soon.
Taneesha decided to wait for a week before deciding on the marriage.She wants Sekhar to propose to her within one week or she will marry the surgeon.Taneesha would spend a lot of time with Sekhar at the company HQ but Sekhar will not propose to her.It went on for a week.One week has passed and still Sekhar has not proposed.Reluctantly,Taneesha called her mom and told that she has agreed to marry the surgeon.
Her family in India was delighted.Her father linked up with the groom's family and made preparations for the wedding.The wedding will be held in a month's time.The following week,Taneesha resigned from the company and left for India.
When Sekhar went to the office,he was told by Taneesha's friend Adrianne that she has resigned and returned to India for her marriage.
Sekhar was shocked.He was speechless.He regretted that he did not confess his love earlier.That day,he left from the office early and went home.At home,he tried to contact Taneesha on her mobile but he could not reach her.Heartbroken
and dejected,he called his friend,Vinod Gautham who is a NYPD detective. Vinod advised Sekhar to go to India before the wedding and explain everything to Taneesha.Sekhar duly obliged and booked his flight to India.While
on the plane,his sweet moments with Taneesha played on his mind.

Upon arrival at the Cochin International Airport,he quickly boarded a cab and asked the driver to drive to a nearby hotel.After refreshing himself,he set out to locate Taneesha's house with an incomplete address given by Adrianne.As he travelled in the auto-rickshaw along the busy Cochin street,a familiar sight of someone caught his eyes.It was Taneesha.She was shopping for her wedding with her sisters.He quickly stopped the auto and rushed towards the shop.When
she came out of the shop,she was shocked to see Sekhar.Immidiately,Sekhar confessed to her.She cried and hugged him.
Sekhar,Taneesha and her sisters enter the car to go to her home.In the car,they planned how to explain Sekhar's sudden appearance to her family.Upom arriving at her house,she saw that her mother weeping at the entrance of her house.From her sister-in-law,she got to know that her wedding has been called off.The surgeon has been arrested in New York in connection with an organ smuggling syndicate.
When she heard that,she was elated and she hugged the tired-looking Sekhar and introduced him to her puzzled family members.She explained to her family members about her love on Sekhar.Her family members were stunned but after an hour of discussion with Sekhar,Taneesha's parents agreed to the marriage of Sekhar and Taneesha.The traditional Indian ceremony was held in India three weeks later.After that,both Sekhar and Taneesha returned to New York.
NEW YORK,USA
In New York,they held another reception for their American friends and colleagues.The reception was attended by both their parents and relatives from India.
The guests clapped when Sekhar's friend,Vinod arrived at the reception.Sekhar was puzzled.Adrianne told Sekhar that Det.Vinod was responsible in bringing down the human organ smuggling syndicate which Taneesha's ex-husband-to-be was involved.A week later,the couple left for Bahamas for their honeymoon.
